Payment of the selected tour:

Customers can pay the balance of the service through:

(A) Transfer or PayPal, bringing a receipt to our office, or sendig it to our email reservassantamarta@hotmail.com.
(B) Cash or credit/debit card (3% charge ) at our office.

Service cancellation

A) Customers can cancel the service up to 96 before the tour. In this case, customer has only to pay for additional costs that may have occurred, such as transportation, additional bank transfer charges and so on.
B) If the service is cancelled between 96 and 24 hours before the tour, customer will be refounded of 50% of deposit value.
C) If the service is cancelled within 24 hours before the tour, the customer will not be refounded of any amount (Art. 65 Ley 300 de 1996).
